Waking the Hirschfeld is attempting to reconstruct a history of an LGBTQ institution. While much of the history can be gathered through oral histories, we are also hoping to collect and consult with any kind of paraphernalia or ephemera associated with the Hirschfeld Centre.
While we currently do not have the capacity to store and archive this, we are looking to consult this sort of material to inform our research, especially for the book and podcast outputs. If you would like to share any kind of material, please just contact us.
